Our Cancellation Policy

Please read and understand our Cancellation Policy before booking your stay at Makahiya Fitness.

All booking cancellations must be provided in writing and fees will apply.

Cancellations 90 days or more before arrival date:

If you cancel your stay 90 days or more before your arrival date, Makahiya Fitness will refund the full amount that has been paid, excluding any non-refundable deposits paid. We will retain the administration and transaction fees charged to us by our booking and payment platforms.

Cancellations 30-89 days before arrival date:

If you cancel between 30-89 days before your arrival date, Makahiya Fitness will refund 50% of the amount that has been paid, excluding any non-refundable deposits paid. We will retain the administration and transaction fees charged to us by our booking and payment platforms.

Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival date:

If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, Makahiya Fitness will not refund any amount that has been paid.
